Ryan has been involved with music since before he can remember. His first music class was through Yamaha’s Junior Music Course. This introduced him to the world of music and fostered his love of piano. He also trained under the RCM, in which he obtained his Grade 10 Certification with First Class Honours. Furthering his education, he attended MacEwan University, where he earned his Bachelor of Music degree, majoring in composition. Classically trained, he has since become proficient in jazz, pop, and modern contemporary music genres. On top of his teaching experience, he is a well experienced performer, composer, recording artist, and sheet music engraver.
